After his death, his family members and several enthusiastic citizens of Rangpur took responsibility to honor his vision. In the year 2000, they established a 100-bedded Doctors Community Hospital (Pvt.) Ltd. under the leadership of his son, Mr. Md. Nazmul Ahasan Sarker.
